Service Commitments
Move-In Satisfaction Commitment
If you, as a new resident of a Flournoy Properties Community, are
not satisfied with your apartment home after move-in, all you have
to do is tell us in writing within 14 days after your move-in. If
you decide to move-out within 14 days of your written notice, we
will refund your deposit less any damages to your apartment.
Routine Maintenance Commitment
If at any time we fail to respond to a routine maintenance request
within 48 hours (2 working days), we will credit you one days
rent for each day the problem remains unsolved.*
